Experiencing trauma is life-altering.
Facing trauma is agonizing.
Recovering from trauma feels impossible.

But there is a solution, and I am here to help.

As a certified trauma-informed professional, I walk individuals, families, and communities through the journey of processing and resolving traumatic experiences so they can come back to themselves with wholeness, freedom, and joy.

Trauma-Healing Speaking, Counseling, and Facilitation

Rooted in Experience. Guided by Compassion.

Mind Your M.A.D.N.E.S.S.

Writing Mind Your M.A.D.N.E.S.S. was an act of vulnerable exploration, expression, and reclamation for me. I needed to find the line between my own madness and the madness that had been handed down to me. In my community, we never spoke about depression, PTSD, or anger, and I needed to move through those in order to move forward. Facing and detangling the impact of lived trauma is a critical step toward healing and wholeness. Writing Mind Your M.A.D.N.E.S.S. taught me how to connect with myself, regulate my brain and body, and mindfully navigate the journey toward healing.

Speaking, Facilitation, and Leadership through a Trauma-Informed Lens

As a trauma-informed speaker, facilitator, and consultant, I bring grounded leadership to the complex work of healing. With empathy, education, and lived experience, I strive to create structured, compassionate spaces where individuals, communities, and institutions can confront and process pain to move toward restoration. Whether on a stage, in a circle, or across the table, we'll have courageous conversations that spark clarity, resilience, and progress.

Trauma-Informed Birth Support

My passion for trauma-informed birth support also stems from personal experience. I have three children, and I've had three traumatic birth experiences. From sexual trauma to medical emergencies, I am called to walk alongside mothers in the depths of their pain and fear. Because birth trauma does not only affect the birther. It is passed down to future generations through our bodies, our hormones, our relationships. And breaking that cycle requires support, education, and healing.

Ready to Talk to Someone Who Understands?

My approach to this work is grounded, compassionate, and deeply authentic. I meet people where they are, and hold space for their pain. I bring vulnerability, honesty, and hope to this process. The work is an invitation—to express, to reclaim, and to heal.
